Managers : 1) Not good and no technical knowledge to take decisions when get issues in project and they fully depending on onsite people. 2) Micro management 3) No proper process. lead is a your reporting manager and lead having no power and just mediator to manager. we are not sure what manager role will do. 4) Onsite dependent projects. they only drive every thing and also decisions they will change daily basis which irritate developers. 5) so many calls at night time with onsite unnecessarily for small small things. 6) Demotivation is more. 7) While leaving job manager will show attitude and he will take revenge because you are key person to that project . 8) No recognition. if they know you are searching outside then only they will give award. Basically this is not fare. 9) so much politics. 10) Managers show Kannada feeling . They will tell directly. I remember we selected one guy he is good but manager rejected. the reason he said candidate is not from karnataka . Basically candidate is from North india. Projects: Out dated technologies, you will forget every thing once jump into project .Later very difficult to switch job.. Do not expect new work . if you are for 4 years same repeated work No onsite opportunities. Policies: Insurance policy is very bad and costly. Cab facility there but you need to pay from your pocket.
