      Terrible place to work, worst management, bad HR, worse Admin and travel team, zero learning, zero growth

      Pros

      Fancy looking office Good for people who dont care about work and are ready just say yes to management

      Cons

      Management has no sense and makes decisions and forces you to work for it..and everyday they come up with new things and pressurize you. They have gone down so much that they made people write fake positive reviews.

      A Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Work culture is quite positive and offers a lot of freedom to work There is no micromanagement and people at management level are very approachable Managers are open to ideas and are very supportive and understanding. Work is more fun with all the HR engagement activities throughout the year. HR is quite helpful and very proactive One of the best work culture i have come across so far in 8yrs of corporate life

      Cons

      Work location is quite congested now with the metro work hence the travel time has increased drastically and there is a lot of dust in the area The techpark doesn't offer a good food court with regards to food quality and hygeine and the lifts are also very slow .
