-The role I accepted was described as customer-facing but ended up being almost entirely internal. -A senior leader in the cloud organization fostered a toxic, fear-based culture. Asking for help was met with hostility, and mistakes were met with blame instead of coaching. -No meaningful support or enablement — I was often expected to commit to deliverables without proper tools, resources, or working software. -Promotions and recognition seemed to favor those who conformed to the internal culture rather than based on performance or results. -The ongoing stress and lack of leadership support began to negatively affect my health.
