Need to put in more hours based on project

The Digital Delivery business team is currently facing several challenges that are impacting team morale and efficiency. Internal politics, particularly involving some senior managers and team leads, are a serious concern. There appears to be favoritism, and certain decisions seem biased, which affects team cohesion and fairness. Additionally, some managers lack a strong background in IT, and their approach aligns more closely with BPO operations than with IT project management. This mismatch in expertise sometimes leads to confusion and ineffective decision-making. A basic level of common sense and professional competence is expected at this level, and unfortunately, that standard is not always met. These issues, if not addressed, could hinder the overall performance and growth of the team.
