Good learning curve as per my experience. Product based company.

Cons

Micro management. You do not have much flexibility for work from home and HR also not as helpful as one would expect.

PATHETIC INDIA HR, WORST WLB

Cons

everything is bad here. India HR don't have any control over CTC or appraisal. They will say big big things like it's a product based bla bla while joining but they will make your life hell after joining. Firing happens every year. You will be secure if your are a good bootlicker of leaders.
