Yesterday Sapiens has fired many people with any prior notice. And infact they were not treated well and no idea why they still hiring if they want to fire people. They are not treating well to employees and even they are not giving hike who is performing also.

If you are not in the correct crowd expect to feel demotivated and demoralized. Line manager who have immunity from HR take regular trips to client sites and Israel boasting how much fun they had adding no value while others in the team are unaware of their whereabouts. Working in other companies in Cardiff I question anyone who has stayed longer than 6 months as the vast majority of staff have no clue what they are doing. Every week there is a leaving do, attrition while i was there is a quite high. No training provided apart from basic SQL which i already knew. Anyone contemplating just giving this place a go needs to think twice as its common Cardiff IT community knowledge that if you stay more than 6 months you are not good enough to get a job somewhere else. I left within 6 months. Staff from overseas are taken advantage of due to visa rules as they cannot work anywhere else, for such good talent they are paid poorly and forced to ruin their CV.
