      Bit political in task and resource allocation You feel stress if senior management doesn't listen to you. I was working for a project A then my project team complained about the stress and pressure (in fact TTL's reporting manager only asked for the feedback) . We were moved to another project without any further hesitation and even I heard TTL performance review was affected, but stress increased in new project B but this time management was strongly with TTL of Project B. Our situation was like from pan to fire. So this politics affects due to management BiAs
