Good thing is leaves are mostly approved. 2 days a week free breakfast and evening snacks.

Cons

work culture is bad in specific departments. Some departments have no work life balance. Check out before joining. No advanced tech stack. Need to pay for office cabs. 21/22 days annual leave per year, which includes sick leave as well. Canteen food is not good. Too much office politics and gossips. People will have more interest in your personal life than work. Because most people have no life left there and are jealous if you have one.

they have some snacks and food on late hours, hybrid job you can work from home half of the week

Cons

low salary, no bonus (of any kind), work life balance used to be ok but no it is not, no salary increase (unless you move to another role)
