Pros

Good individuals. Potential to be so much better.

Cons

Terrible upper management decisions. Rob one project to resource another. Completely over work and over stress staff.

Pros

- Ibexi time people are the limited gems still present at India offfice. - Initial few years are good if you are fresher. High pressure deliveries and tight timelines make you learn a lot. Although painful learning son those particular few times but worth it. - The on-site opportunities are limited to ASEAN like Ibexi times. Opprtunities for good places are taken by Israel people first and then for Indians. - Lot of new people inducted in short period of time. So lots of varying levels energy sometimes resulting in chaos. - Senior management in India is very knowledgeable and still the best part of its legacy.

Cons

- Erstwhile Sapiens India was critized for bad HR policies, but few of the current policies have become worst behind glossy events every now and then. - The new HR systems seems from some school who is trying to just keep happy with employees with extra curricular events and free food but lots of mischievousness behind the scenes. - Israeli management as of now is just going Ga-Ga with photos of events and being taken for ride with the feeling of all good. - On the individual front people are very now and then depressed by policies when it comes to individual benefits at times of need.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s true that people learn a lot in the first years in their position. In the past we had opportunities for relocation mostly to ASEAN countries, but over the last 3 years, we have introduced new relocation opportunities to Australia, UK, South Africa, US, Cyprus and Turkey. We continue to offer global relocations based on business needs and fitment with required job profiles. HR activities and policies have been improved over the last 3 years based on continues employee feedback. We have added transportation, and policies for compensatory pay, and enhancements in reimbursements. We encourage employees to share ideas on specific HR policies on the feedback site for employees with named/anonymous options. It is important to share the feedback when you are in the system, that way we can address your comments and reach an optimal solution. Best Regards, Anat Belluco Feinkuchen VP Global HR
