Worst company- Global HR policies are pathetic- Never join this company as the Israel people demean Indians

ONLY free food. Company is turning into the hooligans working in HR department in Israel. They scare people, no way that Indians should speak with their Ideas. People are relocated and IDIT HR will ask people to leave in other location, saying wrong performance within 2 months of joining, seems the agenda is clear, ask for relocation and then ask to leave and thus company will have no liability. they know nothing- we should file case against this company. Local management is ONE MAN show, puppet of the Israel management and would never takes any stand. he was hiding his face when the lay off was happening or senior management is leaving, he stops picking the phone calls.

NO projects are coming still they are saying we have pipeline, all come and show big numbers but also the CEO comes and tells that if we do not project we will release people- then why are they still hiring- Big HR team- creating the back office ...just to retain HR people. Focus on business and less on HR as the work is done by developers and they are not getting good or no raise to employees, wants to retain israeli employees and spend on big HR team. Wrong choice of asking Indians to leave hired in last year. thye lay off LIFO method. Current clients going away as the quality is bad, any mistakes will be termed as India people mistake and local managers will also not support you as they are worried for themselves. Management in India wants to save their own skin and blame their own people. Many strong people are leaving Sapiens India and joining other companies in competetion. the local management has no backbone and they don't support their people, the company grew big to 2500 people and now again reducing to 1900 people. this is the downfall in India- wrong judgement by the sales team, wrong products are sold and then the work pressure for the team increases. cannot deliver as false promises are made to the clients. work life balance is worst as they just speak high to the clients and cannot deliver- the product rating is going down. they maintain the revenue by laying off people to show the profitability. the managers do not have any view on the revenue at India, they are assistants only- no matter what is their level. The rating structure is messed, Global HR policies are worst and they do not want to allow people to serve notice period, local HR Partners are helpless and power less as the global HR comes and tells us to reach out to them directly and try to ask the mistakes of their team. they dont trust their own people, thus local HR is secretary or the messenger. Dont join this company as your salary raise is gimmick, you will anyways not stay here for more than 6 months as local HR secretaries will Lay off of 60 people, 40 people in other cycle and now more to come for so called betterment process- they ask people to go. No one wants to be here and thus in last 3 months 8 senior managers have left one after the other. when the ship sinks, the mice runs away as they know what is about to happen
