      As long as you are working as a slave, they will consider you.

      Cons

      Totally biased upper management. Lot of favouritism. They will throw you out just like you are nothing. Even if you have client appreciation letter, have consistently gained good ratings, but one bad mouthing and you are gone. Worst place to be at.

      Offers joing day with cake and indor plant and Yearly gifts Flexible 2 days per week go to office Gain Insurance domain knowledge and product based While layoff, will give 2 months salary

      Worst management hierarchy Mere expectations from newly joined people to do work like already working employee in the same project (migration projects) Poor in allocation of resources in projects If not perform we'll, move it to PIP (target, course completion, reverse KT) and asked to overcome PIP No cooperative from team members and not supportive

      Worst company with no culture, no work life balance, worst management ever with no respect and recognition for efforts. Give peanuts for compensation and hardly any increments(2 to 4 %)
