Worst experience in my career working here. Only devops team is worst due to seniors in team rest all teams are good. Micro micro management - You have to write each and every hour what you have done in timesheet, yet it wont be approved easily. Approver will question you on everything you written and every single time timesheet get rejected, they will implement new rule. Approver wont approve timesheets on weekly basis but will be done only by month end. Due to this late approval if we get for re-correction again we need to re correct past 3 weeks timesheet. Team leads wont be friendly with team members and barely collaborate with team even in special occasions. I agree that we are at one place to work and contribute to company, still team leads wont speak anything about personal stuff. No work life balance here, you get ping from team leads only when you are about to log out. If something goes wrong you will be disrespected in front of all team members. 100% I WONT RECOMMEND DevOps Engineers to join this company.

No hike if by chance there it will very less. They laid 50-60 employees who were doing work from home without giving any prior notice they call all the employees at office and resticate them by saying company has budget issues.
