NAPCIP I.T. Leadership used to be transparent, honest, rewarding and sharing. Sapiens has given too much power to old timers in acquired company, this has lead to blind follower mentality, loss of transparency and a great culture that company had prior to becoming a SAPIENS owned company. I.T. managers act like gang leaders and that’s why they request HR to let them recruit their own choice of candidate. So many brilliant and hardworking people have left due to the very same reason. If you work hard and then hope to move ahead in your career, you would be mistaken, betrayed and consumed by the utterly biased management. Work is no more a parameter of growth; some get frequently promoted and others prevented from career growth. You need to blindly follow, speak common language and look like them to be treated fair. There is no diversity in the company. Its staff is recruited on the basis of color, caste and creed, rather than on the basis of potential, strength, knowledge and skill of the employee. Sapiens is also unaware of the fact that all the work is done by its hardworking employees and not by its biased old I.T. management. Rumors indicate that all the above is done to slowly move up and capture the power positions in SAPIENS. This will lead to more dissatisfaction, discontent and departures from the company. This might help those who follow the biased old I.T. management in cult like fashion but only in short run. Work is done by someone; recognition is given to their person of choice. Employees feel afraid to voice their concern.
