      Pros

      None I can think of if you are seriously career minded

      Cons

      - no culture - no leadership - pockets of power hungry managers who hire their friends (who run away after a while) -New regional heads are worse (They google speeches and fake strategy) - They will keep repeating People first and Innovation (both are absent)

      Pros

      The actually staff working at Sapiens are excellent the management are shockingly poor.

      Cons

      Sapiens pays well below market value. They do not give pay raises to at least account for inflation. Then they will create a big fantastic presentation showing how much money they have made. This never trickles down to the staff.
