Their Latvian branch is bunch of women hating clowns. Senior IT managers with mysoginist attitude, bullies with pack mentality. They write about themself as "Sapiens is an E-Verified & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V." That's complete and utter rubbish. Statement just for the sake of corporate brand promo. In reality it's complete circus, at least in Latvian branch. HR is useless as well. Overall very chaotic and hostile work environment; ill planing can be seen from outside.
