One of the best reasons is that you are able to work remotely, with attractive salaries & also there are summer & winter events + teambuilding activities every half year.

Pros

Comfortable working conditions. Lots of stuff is already paid for (food, events, good insurance benefits).

Cons

Salary is below market. You can't ask to get paid more instead of participating in corporate trips, regardless of whether or not you participate, your salary goes towards paying all those events.
