Pros

Growing company. Good company to know about insurance functionality.

Cons

To much pressure if you are deployed in the new project(IDIT). Technology wise its insufficient as per the market standard. Uses old technology. If you are technology geek you will not enjoy doing code here. If you have use recent technology then IDIT is not for you. Very less no of holidays(21 days including sick leaves). After some times work will bore you.

Pros

Comfortable working conditions. Lots of stuff is already paid for (food, events, good insurance benefits).

Cons

Salary is below market. You can't ask to get paid more instead of participating in corporate trips, regardless of whether or not you participate, your salary goes towards paying all those events.
