Pros

Pay and hike is decent. Onsite opportunities are present but not so much for developers. The people you will work with are nice, be it your immediate team members or people from senior management. You will get a total of 21 leaves in a calendar year which you can apply for as per your need. Have never faced any issues with respect to this, provided you apply for it well in advance. You will learn a great deal about the insurance domain and it's processes. The Israeli management is really open and welcoming but not so much in India. After many complaints with regard to the cafeteria and the food quality, it was good to see that improvements were made in that area.

Cons

No clarity as to what needs to be done in order for promotion. Frequent changes in projects causes frequent changes in leads and managers, so the discussion of this also becomes difficult. Also a lot of decisions are made for you by the management without keeping you in the loop. The application is based upon an internally developed framework which uses legacy technologies so with time you will lose your grip on the latest things out there in the market. Technology wise you will actually fall behind.
