-From day one it was clear that safety is not a priority and the FLRA's you will complete are purely to throw you or your colleagues under the bus if an incident occurs. -Sops, Loto procedures, constructive feedback, job scope/planning - just some of the things that will get you looked at weird if you ask about them. The last time it was updated is in 2013 - Communication from management was seriously lacking. the manager, supervisor (before he jumped ship), and superintendent - if they were even available, were pretty unapproachable.

- Toxic culture - lots of issues within the company, personnel and system wise and management does not want to fix either - outdated sytem - you can work as hard you want, but there is no appreciation and performance reviews are done without employee input, which means you get the standard raise , same as people working at 50% capacity
