Lots of hours, kind managers and supervisors who are very helpful, exceptional benefits are available, pay is great, wonderful employees.
Cons
Very hard work, long hours (normally 10-hr shifts), must be in good physical condition, inside the plant very warm in summer and very cold during winter.
