      Pros

      The Saputo team all have the same common goals, which at the end of the day it makes achieving your targets a very good experience

      Cons

      Very strong culture, makes the change process a little challenging at times but as long as you have the data to back it up you will have the support from the Senior Management and VP's

      Pros

      The best reason to work for Saputo hands down is the people and the experience.

      Cons

      The equipment makes work a little back breaking at times when it doesn't have to be, but best place for an honest days work for an honest days pay.

      Easy work, great benefits but not flexible hours

      Pros

      Fast paced repetitive labor work with opportunities to move around the company. Friendly co-workers and supervisors.

      Cons

      Will be working weekends and graveyards until you get at least 15years seniority. For someone who is starting out, you will definitely have to pay your dues before getting better jobs and shifts.
