Pros

Great company to work for. Fantastic learning opportunities. Maintenance department is very easy to work with, always willing to help and lend a hand.

Cons

A lot is expected out of the experienced mechanics. Operators could use better training. Downtime would be limited with better operating procedures.

Generous salary, some level of autonomy and great share program. Co-workers are motivated to make change and bring their best. There are some great people within the organisation.

Cons

Terrible toxic culture, simple if you're not in the club you will not succeed. Ability and work ethic count for little, Being honest will leave you highly exposed. Extremely high staff turnover, particularly from 10 years + range, which is a concern,
