The culture is great and you really feel listened to and respected. They give you autonomy and ownership of your role. Lots of gender equality

Cons

The only con is pay. Great benefits but payscale is not as high as similar roles at other companies

Very exclusive to Spanish speakers. You will not get ahead unless you’re bilingual. You also need to be good friends with your supervisor to move up
