Excellent mission, patient focused, exciting pipeline, decent benefits

Changing culture, lots or recent turnover including senior leaders, weak Human Resources department, Executive Committee overturns decisions made by functional leaders (i.e. promotions, merit increases, etc.). In some cases, positions are filled by hand-picking an individual rather than posting the job and allowing others to interview for the role.
