They really care about your professional development goals and it’s probably the least toxic workplace I’ve ever seen. The CEO is also an extremely cool guy.

Cons

I wouldn’t say you’re working with the brightest people. It’s frustrating to work with colleagues who are incompetent and I think Sarepta doesn’t look closely enough to people’s qualifications for the position rather they hire people based off other things like chemistry.
