They move people into management based on longevity, even though many of them are clueless when it comes to managing people! The feedback is horrible, there is none, other than once a year. There is ALLOT of favoritism and if you are a snake and good liar, you might just advance at some point. They expect people to check email while on vacation, so what's the point of vacation then? It is very much an good ole boys club, stuck in the sixties. If only their clients knew how some of the upper management views the client, they would run quickly!

great pay, great benefits, great learning environment, supportive and knowledgable senior employees, great location, lunch and learns, mentor program, work with many peers

Cons

some engineers are socially awkward and cold, large generation gaps, work can be repetitious at times, some politics, shaky staff management, buggy software, use of Lotus notes
