They told me I would be able to transfer to another location after a year, and that turned out to be untrue, I continued working there but soon found out that if you did ask questions or raise flags about clueless project managers they would throw you in the fire. It turns out they are interested in hiring young 20 somethings who lived in poor communities so they could pay them less money due to a lack of education and lack of experience. They are establishing their next generation of "lifers" to replace all the old timers who have worked there for 40+ yrs.

Certain employees get away with unprofessional conduct, such as the lack of respect to the client. In certain cases, popularity /friendships is more important to management than the heavy hitters who get the work done in regards to retainability.
