Company has plenty of experienced personal that can be very helpful. Their benefits are pretty good as well. Overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Due to the size of the company, raises and promotions are very standardized. Plenty of times one person can put in a lot of time and another very little and still be considered at the same level. Easy for to a lazy person to hide.
