Pros

The pay is decent. They are good about taking time off, although the policy has now changed on comp time and overtime. To be honest I am here from the neck down, for a paycheck.

Cons

You will never know how you are doing until your review. They will not offer ways to improve. At the evaluation you may get railroaded with negativity that you could have changed if you knew you were doing poorly.

-Location is right downtown and off the subway -Easy Interview Process--quick and efficient

Cons

-Some things ring off about Sargent and Lundy-->such as many of the designated times you should take lunch to their not being a cafeteria/place to eat lunch. -HR can be a bit pretentious with the way they go over benefits, and IT does not seems to be the biggest help and more annoyed when you ask for help because you are blocked due to permission setup
