This is an awesome company to work for. I only left because my husband received a better job offer further than driving distance to Sargento.

Cons

There really wasn't anything about Sargento that I did not like.

The culture is amazing. You will find a hard time trying to find a place with better culture than here. The people make the job super enjoyable.

Cons

Located in a small town. For some this may be a positive. Hard to try to find more cons than this.
