Extremely family oriented. Truly lives their mission statement. Humble leadership, almost to a fault. Largest United Way contributor without being even close to the largest organization in the community.

Cons

Very cautious, slow to act. Extremely tenured, meaning little opportunity for advancement compared to competitors. Focused on innovation but extremely risk averse makes for some frequent road blocks.

Great people, flexible scheduling, good work-life balance, management really cares about their employees with strong communication throughout the company. Growing organization, with focus on career development for those interested. Fun environment with plenty of opportunities to make a difference at work and in the community. I love going to work every day...even on Mondays!
