Best job ever when I first started working there. For the first four years. After the plant manager left, it went down.

Pros

Can't think of any except that it was a paycheck.

Cons

No consistency. Turnover in employees. Management will fire you if you breathe wrong. There's no freedom of speech. Management listens in on your conversations when you're on break.
