Remote Work is always a plus.

Cons

Micromanagement was an all time high. Raises and bonuses came with way too many stipulations that were not fair by any means.

Great history of growth, and leadership understands "what got us here, won't get us there" -- the company has built an exciting strategy to bring the company to the next level.

Cons

They've built a great company and culture that people want to be a part of, which allows compensation and cost of benefits to come up short of best-in-class.
