Working with product that saves lives.

Cons

The company rarely actually cares about helping others save lives. Pretty much just cares about sales. Team constantly got cut while I was there forcing more work on those still there.

Pros

Staff is helpful. 2 weeks of training. Good pay for intro to the company.

Cons

The equipment they send is outdated. The monitors they send are older ab do not work. When you call IT you can either get the super helpful guy or the other one who seems to think you’re stupid or beneath him.

Stable Job, good work/life balance, good culture, approachable leadership

Cons

Low base pay, constantly changing compensation plan (commission/bonuses), low limits for travel expenses such as meals and hotels.
