Pros

Constantly learning and sharing. Team members who want to help each other. Good benefits and PTO. Remote options. No day is the same. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Size of business has exploded, but management is too busy trying to keep up to manage. Sarnova is out of touch with needs of the employees and unempathetic. Salaries aren't matching the amount and complexity of work.
