Pay is inadequate but coworkers are great

Pros

Peers are very knowledgeable and supportive and long tenure with the company

Cons

Commission plan is inadequate even though they have tried to make improvements. Account managers have so much experience and long standing customer relationships but have taken significant pay cuts and struggle to make quarterly bonuses and the company doesn’t even pay 10% of GP sold to the account managers that sell the products.

Pros

The culture here is fantastic. It really starts top down and they do a great job making sure the right people are in the right positions.

Cons

Cross functional teamwork could be better. Everyone is so focused on their divisions that it's hard to collaborate with others.
