      Decent pay. Decent culture. General respect for time outside of work.

      Cons

      Any job middle management or higher is one giant meeting. Not a lot gets done unless you achieve an absurd level of groupthink and consensus. If you don't mind red tape. Go nuts here.

      Pros

      Integrity is promoted from the top down. I appreciate that I'm always supported in doing what is right, rather than the sole focus being on profit.

      Cons

      It's a big company, I'm sure someone out there has had a situation that was overlooked and not handled the best...that is the exception, not the rule. I've seen several employees supported through personal and professional crisis. Sarnova/Bound Tree has stepped up in these situations and shown extraordinary character and compassion.
