Pros

To genuinely help people, build foundation in medical sales

Cons

High on micromanagement and mindless KPIs, low on pay compared to market value, culture that’s embedded in management focuses heavily on negativity for some “faux” power play that good employees see right through quickly.

Work long hours and get paid peanuts

Pros

The main benefit of working here was probably some of the after-work things we had, like happy hours, bring your pet to work day, etc.

Cons

The management at Sarnova only cares about one thing, and that's saving money. Whether that means depriving their employees of opportunities for growth by keeping the headcount stagnant or severely underpaying them, I can guarantee you will likely not get paid your market value by working here. Furthermore, if you're looking for a place with cultural diversity, Sarnova is, most certainly, not the place to be. Not only is there a lack of cultural diversity, but everyone in the company is pretty tone-deaf to just how little diversity there is in the organization. But I'm not surprised: it's a pretty monolithic group, so of course, they're comfortable in their cocoon as-is.

Diversity is critical to success at Sarnova, and is a core value that Sarnova embraces. We are sad to hear that you feel our leadership is tone deaf to Diversity, but that is simply not the case. Diversity is and has always been one of our strategic imperatives, and will always remain key to our success. We are also very proud of the growth opportunities we provide our employees. In 2020 we had 60 internal promotions representing over 10% of our employee population. We are always disappointed to hear that folks did not enjoy their time at Sarnova, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to voice your opinion.
