Sarnova's top priorities are made very clear to us, and we always know what it expected.

Pay was good better than most companies and also the benefits

Cons

Management was horrible they were passive aggressive and pretended like the care but actually didn't. Don't dare get sick, pregnant, have a family crisis they will be pissed if you have to leave not equally employed at a race level. When they have events customer service doesn't participate really if you do it's for 5 mins. They don't care about their employees small breaks can't enjoy any activities that's provided for the company. Will get upset if you make 1 small mistake. Just only work here for a year then move on.
