Pros

Great medical bennies (dental, vision, health, accident and death, disability, 401K and Roth 401 with a 5 morningstar ratibg), wellness allowance, good pay and supportive culture.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of the enterprise resource system, it's a little dated for the volume of work we do.

this has that "mom and pop shop" feel, many folks have been there a long time and KNOW the business inside and out.

Cons

I really did not dislike anything about Sarnova.
