      It's a good company, good culture, nice people

      Pros

      The opposite of a toxic work environment. Executive are receptive and competent. Flexible work environment, nice offices, work from home options. Benefits are pretty good and comparably affordable and comprehensive. Employee diversity is getting better and culturally they support various lifestyles even if it is only with like a catered get together (which they have often).

      Cons

      It's difficult to move up. The company seems to hire outside for many middle-management positions and those positions rarely open up. I've seen many people from other departments move out and I am guessing it is from a lack of career advancement options.
