Sartori is a great company to work for. They truly care about their Team Members. The group of people that work there are outstanding and the support provided by everyone is out of this world. They are truly interested in developing their current Team Members to get them to the careers they want to be in.

Cons

Could provide more PTO and paid holidays.

-great product to sell -employees are kind -family atmosphere -promote from within -Training is good, new employees will get good experience

Cons

-low salary for the amount of travel -lots of weekend/night work -some markets very saturated hard to hit your numbers year after year
