Pros

No Pros. Working there is a career destroyer.

Cons

- Others steal your ideas openly and present them somewhere else as their own. - No chance for any career development. - Talking about promotions or raises is bad behaviour. - Higher positions are given to certain people (politics). - Bossy characters in management. - Management gets to stop running projects just because of politics (they give same project to someone else). - Crazy number of acquisitions in a very limited time. People bring their own branches with them. Redundant positions (older positions) get sacrificed with no vision. - The company is kicking out their scientists and experts (less expert product knowledge) leads to very bad customer troubleshooting and overall experience. - Company is killing process and product development. They just do webinars to pretend they have development. - If you show you are hard working, you are seen as a risk & competition that must be disposed of. - Some managers accept to do internal interviews for candidates even though they were rejected from the start (complete hiring chaos). - They fund projects only to kill them halfway through with no return on investment (most projects are killed off with 0 ROI). - Some sites are nearly empty with very little number of employees. - Even though they want to focus on sales, they have trouble selling their services (very poor service mgmt.). They expect massive solutions from junior sales positions not their managers. - Customer confidence dropping at a very fast rate. They only care about selling and they don't have any strategy to secure returning customers. - Total chaos in upper management and no vision. Some people leave the organization in unexpected chaotic ways with no replacements. - Customers are the most important as they claim and employees are the least important (no employee appreciation, very toxic environment of overworking people). - They speak about politics and pick sides in meetings and global townhalls (totally unprofessional).

Dear former employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a comprehensive review. Your feedback suggests that you have observed behavior that does not align with the leadership style defined in our guidelines, nor with our approach to customer experience as well as the principles in our code of conduct. We thus take your comments seriously and have already passed them along to the right people in our organization so they can look into your observations. One important hint: If you believe you have observed or experienced behavior that indeed violates our Code of Conduct, as it might be the case with a toxic working environment or promotion practices, please contact our Compliance Team. This also possible after you’ve left the company: Either by email at compliance@sartorius.com or by anonymously submitting a report via the Whistleblower Portal: https://www.bkms-system.net/bkwebanon/report/clientInfo?cin=20sarto15. We appreciate your collaboration. Best regards Corporate Communications
