Terrible Managment

Pros

The Health Plan is very good, and the company pays a lot of it. out side of this, nothing is better than then most of the inudstry.

Cons

PTO is sub par. This company fails to execute on everything. They allow individuals to hide in positions and do nothing. Sometimes internal people will not respond to you for months, even with repeated emails. They keep their jobs just fine. If you push to make change then you will be singled out and attacked by your manager.

Free lunch on Wednesday and free snacks everyday.

Cons

Manager drags feet and just want to keep everybody. It doesn't matter if they are good or bad at their job.
