Pros

Great company that has a good sense of the importance of a happy and content employee. Great internal sales meetings/events and the occasional gifts of appreciation.

Cons

Their pay scale is on the lower side of the market demand which can hurt employee retention and talent pool. The new bonus (sales incentive program) is not as good as it used to be. In my opinion it doesn’t incentivize like it used to for the first three quarters of the year. I have hopes that they reevaluate their approach.
