      Pros

      International coworker. Will listen to all your ideas. Two computer screens. Flexible work hours. Many positions offered travel. Wanted you to learn.

      Cons

      Management does not have your back. Don't bother making a complaint to hr. They are friends with the bullies. Traveling was great, but they will not pay for half of the expenses.
