Pros

International coworker. Will listen to all your ideas. Two computer screens. Flexible work hours. Many positions offered travel. Wanted you to learn.

Cons

Management does not have your back. Don't bother making a complaint to hr. They are friends with the bullies. Traveling was great, but they will not pay for half of the expenses.

Lots of products to sell. Well known by customers. Some support staff really want to do their best to support the customer.

Cons

OK if you are a guy. Might not be the best choice if you are a woman. Management is in Germany.

Great coworkers, excellent products, good benefits, integrity, R&D, access to management.

Cons

Products hard to deliver making customer service a nightmare. Promotions and raises are scant, even for good performers. Communication with Germany is horrible and causes many delays and unhappy customers. Hard to know who to contact.
