A friendly supportive work environment and a company that embraces change with a very good work life balance.

Cons

There is a lot of siloing and assumed knowledge that can be difficult to break through and Sartorius is not a good place for someone who does not like to embrace change.

Good low level personnel who can be trusting and knowledgeable, when utilized properly. Benefits are good too!

Cons

Inept service managers who were never qualified to be in their roles are not only contacting employees on FMLA to interview for roles, but they are asking Sales Managers to interview for Service Positions because they are “too busy” and simply not qualified enough to do it. They are also telling employees to just “get things done”, and not to care if it is done right and accurately for the customers. Shame, shame.
