What’s also important to know: In addition to your manager, the results of the employee survey, especially the comments in the free text fields, are also reviewed by our HR department to derive necessary changes and measures. In previous survey cycles, these measures included for example the introduction of internal calls, leadership programs and workshops, mentoring and coaching programs, internal info hubs, and newsletters on trainings and development opportunities.
