- some jobs require overnight hours, overtime, and on-call duties - processes and change can be slow due to having too many levels of management

Good Prospect, Love the Mobility, Good culture , Respect among each other, highly practice /emphasis in Ethic and Compliance. In Satair we could find a lot of employees who are working more than 5 or 10 or even 15/20/25 years. Good employees will stay with the Good Boss. ^_^

Cons

Unfortunately in Aviation line and we are in operation so we have to do back up job when colleague is away. Work life balance is still what most of us wish to achieve.
